the rooms are clean and beautiful and include a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a fridge. the location is great, just a pleasant stroll away from kool beach club. it's in the good area right by restaurants and the center and the other beaches in playa del carmen which is another bonus.

It was wonderful time in Playa del Carmen. The hotel itself was a great option. The staff were excellent, amiable. The room was very large, big bed. The big bathroom was the best. Location: the venue was right by the beach and 5th Avenue, beach, shops, restaurants, and all the lively areas...

I stayed here 6 nights and appreciated it. The staff were very very helpful and extremely friendly at all times. Its location was favourable and comfy, close to everything. Had supper in a beach restaurant.

The stay was absolutely pleasant. The staff was very friendly and amicable. The location of the hotel was central, really close to the jungle and the other beaches. Pizzeria Pizzeria Nino's was located 5 minutes walk away.

We had very pleasant 3 days here, would recomand. Everything was fine and the rooms were large and beautiful. Nice and excellent location for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Opal Suites. The spacious and modern room exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy the views. The convenient location made it easy to access grocery shops and the beach. we highly recommend this hotel.

Drawback: The noise from road traffic and other residents was a bit disruptive at times. However, with earplugs, it wasn't a major issue.
